Job summary

Labourlinq Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Cyber Security Analyst – VAPT in Pretoria. The role involves hands-on vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and turning technical findings into actionable security insights.

You will work with the Offensive Security / MSS teams, identify weaknesses, validate findings, and produce clear, defensible reports for clients and management. Strong knowledge of security testing tools is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Hands-on with common security testing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure, execute and manage vulnerability scanning and assessment cycles.
• Conduct penetration tests to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.
• Produce clear reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Assist with tool configuration and maintenance, ensuring up-to-date policies.
