Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Homeless Service at the Ashton View Project, West Dunbartonshire Council. We are seeking full-time Project Worker to join our dedicated team. Ashton View provides high-quality support to vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness as they transition from temporary accommodation into permanent or other appropriate long-term housing.

As part of our team, you will build positive, professional relationships with the people we support, working alongside them to identify their strengths, aspirations, and goals. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team, contributing to the delivery of compassionate, person-centred and effective services for people experiencing homelessness.

If you hold a relevant professional qualification and have a strong understanding of homelessness and the challenges associated with it, we would welcome your application. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our community while developing your skills within a rewarding and dynamic service.
