Qualifications

Matric certificate; post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus.
Proven track record of success in automotive sales (2–3 years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of used vehicles.
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet needs and budget.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to advise the sales team.
