Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer in Cape Town to design, develop, test, deploy and support automation solutions. You will work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver reliable UiPath workflows, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.
The role requires 4–5 years in RPA development, strong UiPath skills, and a Cape Town residency.
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join a growing technology team based in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting Robotic Process Automation solutions using UiPath. This role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify automation opportunities, understand business processes and deliver reliable, scalable automation solutions.
Due to the nature of the position, candidates must already be based in Cape Town. Relocation applications will not be considered.
The role will also involve occasional travel to customer sites within the Cape Town area, therefore a valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential.

The ideal candidate is an experienced UiPath developer who is technically strong, solutions-focused and comfortable engaging directly with customers. You should be able to take ownership of an automation requirement from initial process analysis through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
You will need to be practical, detail-oriented and capable of developing robust automation solutions within a professional customer-facing environment.
