Job summary

Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer in Cape Town to design, develop, test, deploy and support automation solutions. You will work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver reliable UiPath workflows, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.

The role requires 4–5 years in RPA development, strong UiPath skills, and a Cape Town residency.

Qualifications

4–5 years' relevant RPA/automation development experience.
Strong practical experience developing solutions using UiPath.
Experience with the full RPA development lifecycle (analyze, design, develop, test, deploy).
Ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Currently residing in Cape Town with valid driver's licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
Analyse existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
Translate requirements into efficient automated workflows.
Develop, configure and maintain UiPath workflows and automation processes.
Test and debug automation solutions before deployment.
Deploy and monitor automated processes in production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
Produce technical documentation for developed solutions.
Collaborate with business users, customers and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure solutions are scalable, stable and aligned with best practices.
