Job summary

A reputable tyre company in East London is seeking a Storeman to manage stock receipts, ensure proper storage, and maintain warehouse safety. The role requires a Matric qualification and previous warehouse experience, preferably in tyres or automotive. Basic computer literacy is necessary for inventory management. Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and inventory systems.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock including tyres。
• Record stock deliveries and update inventory systems.
• Ensure goods are stored properly in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Assist with regular stock counts.
