Astron Energy South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Turnaround Lead to drive end-to-end planning, preparation and execution of refinery major turnarounds. You will lead a team of planners, engineers, analysts and coordinators to integrate maintenance, reliability and integrity into a single executable plan.

The role requires strong IMS and scope management, cost control and safety leadership to ensure outages meet schedule and budget while maintaining asset integrity.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in refinery/petrochemical maintenance with turnaround experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing turnaround planning and execution.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule, scope control, PSSR/startup processes.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and SAP PM is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end turnaround planning, preparation and execution to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Direct a multi-disciplinary team of planners, engineers, analysts and coordinators.
• Develop IMS, manage scope freezes, and coordinate with operations for handover.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, manage contractor performance and lessons learned.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons Learned across events.
