Astron Energy in Milnerton, Western Cape, seeks a Turnaround Planning and Scheduling Lead to develop, coordinate, and manage all turnaround planning activities, ensuring scope is planned and executed within approved timeline, cost, quality and safety requirements.

The role requires maintaining turnaround schedules, coordinating planning inputs from internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring contractor readiness for efficient execution, with drive for continuous improvement and risk

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or equivalent with planning & scheduling certification.
• 10+ years relevant industry experience and Primavera P6 scheduling.
• 6+ years turnaround/shutdown experience.
• Experience in contractor management and budgeting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the turnaround planning and scheduling strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors.
• Maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor readiness, gate reviews, and milestones.
• Provide schedule assurance and KPI reporting.
• Lead scheduling change management during planning and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
