Job summary

Astron Energy is seeking a Turnaround Lead to drive end-to-end planning, preparation and execution of the refinery's major on-stream turnarounds. You will integrate integrity, reliability and maintenance scopes into a single executable plan and lead a team of planners, engineers and coordinators to deliver safe, on-schedule events within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in refinery, petrochemical or heavy industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years in a turnaround leadership or senior planning role with direct programme delivery accountability.
• Proven track record in major turnaround scope management and IMS development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end turnaround planning and scheduling of IMS.
• Direct cross-disciplinary teams including planners, engineers, analysts and coordinators.
• Ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence during execution.
• Coordinate with FEI, Reliability and Process Support leads.
• Interface with procurement and warehouse for materials within schedule.
• Deliver handover documents and post-event lessons learned.
