Edgexec (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg is seeking a Third Party Funds and Treasury Coordinator for a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will support third-party fund partnerships, treasury operations, governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement in a developmental finance environment.

Reporting to the Third-Party Funds Manager and Head of Treasury, you will coordinate funding partnerships, monitor milestones, prepare committee documentation, assist with cash flow and liquidity reporting, and

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or related field is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in fund administration or treasury ops.
• Experience supporting Treasury or Finance functions.
• Knowledge of cash management and liquidity monitoring.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder engagements.
• Experience preparing management reports and executive packs.
• Advanced Excel and strong reporting skills.
• Understanding of governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor third-party fund partnerships’ obligations and milestones.
• Prepare funding proposals and partnership documentation.
• Maintain register of third-party fund agreements and commitments.
• Prepare committee documentation for approvals.
• Track progress across partnerships and funding initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings with funders and strategic partners.
• Assist with monitoring fund utilization and expenditure against budgets.
• Support due diligence processes for new funding partners.
• Coordinate submission of funder reports within timelines.
• Provide admin support to Head of Treasury.
• Assist Treasury Committee meetings and meeting packs.
• Monitor cash flow information and liquidity reporting.
• Assist banking relationship administration.
• Coordinate Treasury reporting for EXCO and Board.
• Maintain Treasury records and filing systems.
• Assist with investment portfolio administration.
• Support implementation of Treasury policies and governance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Monitor reporting deadlines and timely submissions.
• Maintain action registers from meetings.
• Coordinate audit requests for Third-Party Funds and Treasury.
• Assist with audit recommendations.
