Job summary

University of Fort Hare is seeking a Third-Party Funds and Treasury Coordinator for a 24-month fixed-term contract. The role provides administrative, coordination and operational support to the Third-Party Funds Manager and the Head of Treasury by coordinating Third-Party Fund activities and supporting treasury operations.

The successful candidate will facilitate stakeholder engagements, monitor reporting requirements and ensure governance and financial controls across both functions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Fund Administration, Treasury Operations, Corporate Finance, Banking, Investment Administration or Financial Services.
• Experience supporting Treasury or Finance functions.
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity monitoring and investment administration.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and project administration.
• Experience preparing management reports and Executive Committee packs.
• Understanding of PFMA, Treasury governance principles and financial controls would be advantageous.
