Job summary

FROGG Recruitment SA seeks a structured Finance Administrator / Cashbook Clerk & Accounts Payable for a 3-month fixed-term contract to support treasury operations, multi-currency cash management, and full-cycle accounts payable. You will reconcile 60 bank accounts and post cashbooks into the financial system, including GBP, EUR, and USD.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days work-from-home. Immediate start essential for ongoing treasury support and finance system administration.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Treasury, Cashbook, Bank Reconciliations of high volumes
• Experience with high volumes of bank reconciliations
• Strong double-entry bookkeeping knowledge (P&L vs. Balance Sheet)
• Experience posting from bank statements and preparing reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Support treasury operations and cash management in multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD)
• Post cashbooks into the financial system and perform bank reconciliations
• Manage daily accounts payable and ancillary finance system tasks
• Work on a 3-month fixed-term contract with potential extension

Our client seeks a structured Finance Administrator / Cashbook Clerk & Accounts Payable for a 3 months fixed term contract to support their daily operations in treasury, multi-currency cash management, full-cycle accounts payable, and finance system administration. Do Reconciliations on 60 bank accounts, be able to do recons on high volumes. Post cashbooks into the financial system and Reconcile bank accounts (GBP, Euro, USD) 3 months fixed term role – might be extended Salary: R30 000.00 PM

Min Requiremets

• Experience: 5 years in Treasury, Cashbook, Bank Reconciliastions of high volumes accounts, Finance Administration, Accounts Payable, or Treasury support.
• Experience of 5 years dealing with high volumes Bank Recons
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong double-entry bookkeeping foundation (P&L vs. Balance Sheet).
• Experience working with high volumes of transactions
• Post transactions from the bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Know the difference between P&L and Balance Sheet and the debits and credits
• Hands-on experience with multi-currency reconciliations (GBP, EUR, USD) added bonus
