Flight Centre in Somerset is seeking a Travel Consultant to engage customers in meaningful conversations, convert enquiries into bookings, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own the customer journey from first enquiry to booking, selling complete travel solutions and earning commission on every sale.

The role requires handling multiple systems, a proactive approach to upselling, and building a loyal customer base.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone sales.
• International travel experience preferred.
• Attention to detail when handling bookings and invoicing.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
• Availability to work full-time including weekends and public holidays.

Mansioni

• Convert enquiries into bookings through consultative sales discussions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets with uncapped commissions.
• Sell end-to-end travel solutions including flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance.
• Build a base of new and repeat customers across trips of varying complexity.
