The role is office-based and emphasizes collaboration with local authorities, utilities, and construction teams to deliver high-impact transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation focus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional transportation engineering experience.
• Professional registration (Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech Eng) with ECSA preferred.
• Proficiency in traffic analysis software: VISSIM, SIDRA, or Synchro.
• Knowledge of geometric design principles and highway capacity analysis.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design transportation systems including roads, highways, and intersections.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analyses, and safety assessments.
• Prepare design plans, specifications, and contract documents.
