Placements24 is seeking a Transportation Engineer for a hybrid role serving Paarl and beyond. You will contribute to planning, design, and analysis of transportation infrastructure, applying traffic engineering principles and modelling techniques to improve mobility and safety.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with Transportation specialization and 5–7 years of experience, plus proficiency with VISSIM/SIDRA. Remote work is possible with site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Transportation specialization.
• 5–7 years of experience in transportation planning and design.
• Proficiency with traffic analysis and modelling software.
• Knowledge of South African road design standards and traffic practices.
