Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Transformation Analyst to drive BBEE data consolidation, audits, and reporting across the organisation. You will manage EI, WSP, and ATR data, support ES&D initiatives, and maintain compliance with transformation laws.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel skills, and experience coordinating BBEE verification processes, with a focus on accurate stakeholder reporting and governance support.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Transformation/BBEE/Compliance or related role.
• Proven experience coordinating BBEE verification processes.
• Strong reporting and data analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exposure to HR reporting will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with transformation legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, verification agencies, SETAs and external service providers.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation achieves its transformation objectives by:

• Managing and consolidating B-BBEE scorecard data across all business units.
• Coordinating annual B-BBEE verification audits and ensuring audit readiness.
• Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on Employment Equity (EE), Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
• Supporting Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) initiatives through accurate data collection and reporting.
• Coordinating Transformation and Employment Equity Committee meetings and maintaining statutory documentation.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual transformation reports for leadership and governance committees.
• Analysing HR and transformation dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
