Job summary

SRG Recruitment in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a seasoned Training & Development specialist for a manufacturing setting. You will design and implement apprenticeship models, learnerships and graduate development programmes to grow talent and ensure alignment with skills development frameworks.

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Industrial Psychology or a related field and a minimum of four years’ experience are required to drive learning initiatives and compliance with SETA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Training and Development within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing apprenticeship models, learnerships and/or graduate development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SETA requirements, skills development legislation and workplace training frameworks.
