Job summary

Job description
Operational Responsibilities (Under Supervision)
  • Assist in the observation and assessment of drivers, documenting competencies and providing feedback as needed.
  • Shadow qualified Trainers during sessions on soft skills, vehicle operation, and equipment handling.
  • Participate in administrative tasks related to training.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing training schedules, materials, and equipment.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to support driver competency development.
  • Support in conducting on-route driver assessments and assist in feedback sessions.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of driver documentation (licenses, PrDPs, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining attendance registers, training files, and performance records.
  • Learn and update internal learner management systems with driver training progress.
  • Attend and assist in TETA and The Company-specific training interventions.
  • Conduct driver assessments under supervision, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Develop communication skills for effective interaction and training delivery.
  • Participate in site audits and route inspections with the Driver Trainer.
  • Support vehicle dispatching and general operational tasks.
  • Maintain professional conduct, dress code, and behavior in line with The Company's SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all activities.
Qualifications
