Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to focus on the Tourism and Hospitality sector in Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will develop strategies for hotels, resorts, tourism boards, and related businesses to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a deep sector knowledge, strong analytical and presentation skills, and is comfortable with a hybrid work model and regional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or a strategic role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence within the tourism and hospitality sectors.
• Develop strategic plans for client growth, including market entry, product development, and service enhancement.
• Advise clients on operational improvements, revenue management, and customer experience strategies.
• Assist in the development of marketing and branding strategies for tourism destinations and hospitality businesses.
• Perform financial analysis and feasibility studies for new projects and investments.
• Collaborate with clients to implement recommendations and measure success.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in tourism, hospitality, and guest services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to client stakeholders.
