Job summary

TWK Agri (Pty) Ltd. seeks a Marketer: Timber to drive timber marketing activities in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on supplier support, market development, order coordination and pricing governance, with emphasis on compliance and reporting.

The position requires coordination across suppliers, agents and mills, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries while fostering strong customer relationships and after-hours field engagement as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and a relevant diploma/degree are required.
• 3–5 years of admin/practical experience in forestry, timber, agriculture, supply chain or compliance.
• Experience with pricing, delivery coordination, invoicing and supplier payments.
• Knowledge of COC, certification processes, DDS, EUDR or related compliance systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier, landowner, contractor and market records to keep them accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate supplier tickets, weighbridge documentation and market records; follow up on outstanding items.
• Plan monthly volume requirements and distribute market orders; schedule deliveries and track fulfilment.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining records and assisting with audit prep.
