The Tiger Brands TOPP Programme offers a dynamic and structured 36-month journey tailored for aspiring Chartered Accountants (CA(SA)). Exposure to the following disciplines forms the backbone of the programme:
Tiger Brands is a leading FMCG company operating across culinary, snacks, treats & beverages, home & personal care, grains, logistics, and shared services. Our business spans multiple locations nationwide with the corporate head office in Bryanston. As part of the programme, candidates rotate across sites in Gauteng and may visit other provinces to gain broad practical exposure.
Top‑performing candidates could gain experience in Corporate Finance (including mergers & acquisitions), Treasury, Legal & Secretarial, and related areas.
The programme is open to candidates who wish to qualify as Chartered Accountants and hold a SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA). They must complete the 36‑month SAICA training contract and be scheduled to write the SAICA ITC exam in January. Outstanding academic performance combined with a strong passion for the FMCG industry and manufacturing will set you apart. Flexibility to rotate to different sites across Tiger Brands is required.
