Tiger Brands is offering a 24-month enhanced development programme for bachelor's degree or Btech graduates who can reach leadership positions within the organization. The programme aims to prepare graduates for key roles across various disciplines, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance (CA)SA stream, Supply Chain, and IT. Successful applicants must have a desire to build a career with a leading FMCG company, have a sound academic record at an accredited institution, and recently have completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification. Future Leaders must have high achievement and innovation potential, have not worked full time in their field of study, be computer literate in MS Word and Excel, and have a valid driver's license.The minimum requirements for the programme include a 65% academic average, citizenship in the country of hire, a relevant bachelor's degree, high levels of ambition and self-motivation, leadership and team-working capabilities, recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa, work authorization in the country for which the application is being submitted, geographical mobility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
