Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst for AI training to help build smarter, safer AI systems from anywhere.

You will analyse real-world threat reports, campaigns, and attacker behaviour; apply MITRE ATT&CK mappings and OSINT workflows; and structure data to train and benchmark AI models.

This hourly contract is fully remote, with 10–40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and ongoing freelance opportunities in a cutting-edge security domain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or security research.
• Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection, or CTI workflows.
• Distinguish genuine attacker behavior from noise, speculation, or synthetic data.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify real-world threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior.
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and classify real-world threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior
• Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and benchmark AI systems
• Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or fabricated data
• Apply frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to assess and annotate adversary behavior at scale

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or security research
• Solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection, or cyber threat intelligence (CTI) workflows
• Skilled at distinguishing genuine attacker behavior from noise, speculation, or synthetic data
• Strong analytical and written communication skills — you can explain complex threats clearly
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience writing threat intelligence reports or briefings
• Familiarity with threat hunting, malware analysis, or incident response
• Exposure to AI tools or data labeling workflows
