Mediclinic is a leading international private healthcare provider. We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team within our wards in Brits, North West.

You will identify and report risks to patient safety, support a positive patient experience, and maintain accurate nursing records. The role also involves participating in staff development and ensuring proper stock charging and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate is essential.
• CPD courses in specific speciality area are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions.
• Participate in creating a learning environment that builds staff competence.
• Ensure that all utilised stock and equipment are accurately charged.
