Mediclinic Brits is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. You will identify and report risks to ensure patient safety and help create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment.

Responsibilities include recording all nursing interventions accurately, contributing to staff development, and ensuring stock and equipment are charged correctly.

Formación

• Essential: Enrolled Nurse Certificate.
• Desirable: CPD courses in specialised wards.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the Scope of Practice

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Enrolled Nurse Certificate

DESIRED EDUCATION: For specialised wards, CPD courses in specific specialityarea

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:1 year post qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Basic life support trained
• Infection prevention and control
• Pharmacology
• Scientific nursing principles and process
• Nursing processes and procedures
