Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business, Finance, Process or Manufacturing Engineering (essential).
• Professional qualification in the industry will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' experience within the textile, apparel, or broader manufacturing industry at a senior leadership level.

Aufgaben

• Develop, articulate, and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plan.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across production, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the executive team, mentor leaders, and build a succession pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, labour, and governance requirements; manage risks.
