Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification essential (MBA/MBL or relevant Master''s degree) from a recognised institution.
• CA(SA) or CFA designation strongly advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in CEO/MD/COO or equivalent C-suite role.
• Demonstrable multi-sector commercial acumen across sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, technology, logistics, or professional services.
• Experience presenting to and working with a formal Board of Directors; NED or board committee experience is advantageous.
• Sub-Saharan Africa market exposure and BBBEE knowledge preferred; international market exposure beneficial.

• Represent the organisation externally as the primary brand ambassador at industry forums, investor engagements, and media interactions.
