Qualifications

• Exposure to test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing web-based applications across the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify bugs, ensure feature quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as Jira
• Review product requirements and technical documentation to ensure test coverage
• Work closely with developers to replicate and troubleshoot reported issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases
• Maintain and enhance test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports
• Provide feedback to improve usability, performance, and overall product quality

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing of web-based applications
• Ability to read and understand PHP code
• Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL databases and writing simple SQL queries
