Job summary

3R Consulting Ltd is seeking a Telesales Executive to set appointments for the field sales team. The role is initially office-based and may develop into face-to-face business development as you progress.

The successful candidate will make outbound calls, manage a pipeline, and work to performance targets with training and progression opportunities within a family-run business with 80+ years in document management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Professional telephone manner with a confident phone presence.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Resilient and capable of handling objections.
• Positive, proactive attitude and drive to succeed.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Previous telesales experience not essential; drive and determination valued.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments in the consultant's diary.
• Record all activity and notes on in-house database.
• Manage pipeline of prospective business with required follow up.
• Attend visits with consultants to gain industry knowledge.
• Work to targets set by line manager for KPIs.
