The Unlimited Group in Durban is seeking experienced and driven Sales Agents to join our high-performing BPO team on a local campaign, with a proven ability to close deals.

Qualifications

We specialise in outbound sales for financial products and short-term insurance, offering a dynamic environment with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.

We are currently seeking experienced and driven Sales Agents to join our high-performing BPO team on a local campaign, with a proven ability to close deals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Promote and sell financial products and short-term insurance
• Identify customer needs and present suitable product options
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Guide clients through the full sales and sign-up process
• Accurately capture and update customer information on the system
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales
