Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecom equipment including routers, switches, and fiber optic systems.

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot customer-reported issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during field operations.
• Provide basic customer guidance on equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
