Placements24 is seeking an organized Telecommunications Project Manager for on-site leadership in the Soweto region. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of telecom infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders to achieve objectives.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record in telecom project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Asana, and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and PM methods (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of telecom projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage risks and mitigate issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report status regularly.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality.
