About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician to join their team in Pretoria . This role is central to the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications networks, including fiber optics, copper cabling, and associated hardware. You will play a vital part in ensuring reliable connectivity for businesses and residential clients across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and repair various types of telecommunications cabling, including fiber optic and copper networks.
• Deploy and configure telecommunications equipment, such as routers, switches, modems, and other network devices.
• Perform site surveys and assessments to plan and execute network infrastructure installations effectively.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, performance problems, and equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
