The role requires a diploma or degree in IT/CS and 2+ years of network administration experience, with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols. You will also document configurations and provide end-user support.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network administration, preferably within a telecommunications environment.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with configuring and managing network hardware from major vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
