Placements24 is seeking a skilled Telecoms Network Administrator to join its IT team. The role is fully remote with occasional site visits to Klerksdorp, South Africa, and focuses on the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s telecommunications network infrastructure.

You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of communication systems, provide end-user support, and develop network documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
