Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Lab Technician to perform daily QC tests and on-line analyses to ensure products meet minimum quality standards.

Responsibilities include running laboratory analyses, equipment maintenance, sample collection, and support for food safety and health and safety initiatives within the lab environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and Science.
• 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment (advantage).
• Computer literacy required.

Job Purpose

Performing the required daily quality control tests and laboratory test analysis for quality control purposes and performing the required daily on-line quality control tests stipulated in the QC procedures to ensure that all products manufactured will confirm to the minimum quality standards of Premier FMCG.
