• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
