• Evaluate vendor proposals and solutions from technical, operational, security, and sustainability perspectives.
• Coordinate and oversee technical initiatives, including upgrades, platform enhancements, testing, implementation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support and guide development partners and vendors with expertise in systems architecture and integrations.
• Identify potential risks related to architecture, security, vendor dependence, and unsupported technologies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Promote best practices for standardization, scalability, and long-term sustainability of technological solutions.
• Provide clear recommendations regarding solution trade-offs, dependencies, and impacts to stakeholders.
