Job summary

Netcare invites you to join our team as a Technical Clerk, coordinating between Technical Services and hospital staff. You will handle stock and equipment orders, track deliveries, and manage outstanding orders.

You will maintain asset data in the CMMS, assist with work order planning, and ensure timely communications on policy updates. A Grade 12 and basic computer skills are required, with CMMS/SAP PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP PM.
• Experience in a stock ordering/management environment.
• Sound knowledge of maintenance work coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Technical Services and hospital staff; place stock and equipment orders.
• Track orders to ensure timeous delivery.
• Maintain asset data in CMMS and manage maintenance plans.
• Assist planning and scheduling of Work Orders.
• Assist with reporting and data collation as per policy.
