Job summary

Netcare invites applications for a Senior Clinical Engineering Manager to lead the management and maintenance of medical equipment across facilities, ensuring compliance with Netcare policies and best practices.

You will implement and maintain the CMMS (SAP PM), manage the equipment base for CAPEX and rentals, plan services, and coordinate six-monthly audits while training CETs and nursing staff for safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• B Tech Clinical Engineering or Diploma in Clinical Engineering.
• ECSA professional registration.
• 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• MS Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical engineering across single or multiple facilities.
• Coordinate CMMS data, maintenance, and service records.
• Plan equipment audits, CAPEX planning and budget control.
• Train CETs, CETAs and nursing staff on equipment use.
