Salesworx Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the Pinetown branch in Durban to drive sales of foam plastics and related products. You will call on customers, gather technical requirements, liaise with clients and factory, and promote solutions across construction, automotive, mining and related industries.

The role requires a Grade 12 and a Sales/Marketing diploma, with 2 years in a technical selling environment, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Appropriate Sales/ Marketing diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years sales experience in a foam plastics environment or similar technical selling environment.
• Calling on customers.
• Establishing technical requirements specific to customer needs.
• Liaising with client and factory regarding W/order requirements.
• Good product knowledge and good communication skills.
• Computer literate i.e. MS office/computer (Word, excel, Syspro etc)
• Valid driver's license is essential

The company manufactures, converts and supplies products to the construction, automotive, mining and general secondary industries.

• Sell a range of manufactured and specialised products made up to customer specification so that continuous growth can be experienced in existing markets and to ensure expansion into new markets.
