Job summary

Mindcor-InterSearch is recruiting a Technical Product Owner for Enterprise Integration in Johannesburg, offering a hybrid work model within a banking, payments and card issuing context.

You will own the integration strategy, architecture and delivery across a major core banking and channel modernisation programme in Africa, connecting Temenos with core banking platforms and external services, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise systems integration or technical integration leadership.
• Proven experience delivering complex integration capabilities within large corporate environments.
• Strong expertise across APIs, middleware, cloud technologies, microservices and enterprise integration.
• Strong understanding of real-time, event-driven and batch integration patterns.
• Experience within banking, payments or card issuing environments is advantageous.
• Temenos/T24 experience would be advantageous.
• Degree such as BSc Computer Science, BCom Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture, strategy, and delivery across the programme.
• Define and govern integration patterns across APIs, event-driven, real-time, batch and file-based integration.
• Lead integration between Temenos, banking platforms, payments, channels, data platforms, and external service providers.
• Establish and maintain integration architecture blueprints, interface standards and technical governance.
• Lead multidisciplinary and virtual technology teams through complex integration programmes.
• Oversee cloud and on-premise integration across complex enterprise environments.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and strategic priorities.
• Manage technical dependencies, testing, implementation, risk and stakeholder engagement throughout the integration lifecycle.

A senior technology opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Product Owner with deep enterprise integration expertise to play a key role in a major core banking and channel modernisation programme across Africa.

The role will take ownership of the integration strategy, architecture and delivery connecting Temenos with core banking platforms, payments, channels, data platforms, and wider enterprise systems across multiple countries.
