Qualifications

• Essential engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical) with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology background.
• Minimum 4 years post-graduate engineering experience with HVAC and auxiliary electrical power exposure.
• Facility management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of building, plant and equipment.
• Manage and support technical projects within the hospital.
• Manage and mitigate Technical Operations risk within the hospital.
• Oversee and manage on-site contractors/suppliers in the hospital.
• Ensure quality management and continuous improvement within Technical Operations.
• Manage stakeholder relations and client service within the technical environment at Mediclinic.
• Lead and manage the people in the technical team.
• Manage and control department budget/finances.
