Job summary

Vine Recruitment is helping our client find an experienced Technical Manager to oversee food safety, technical compliance, residue testing, audits and supplier compliance across farming and packhouse operations. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving and excellent communication to train farm staff and build durable relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams. You will ensure alignment with retailer standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., BRC, SIZA Social & Environmental and Farming for the Future.
• Experience in a farming and packhouse environment.
• Experience with residue testing, audits and supplier compliance.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and excellent problem-solving ability.
