Qualifications

7+ years of experience using relevant programming languages or technologies.
DevOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile principles and methodologies in delivery teams.
Experience in enterprise application development and architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and direction for the software team.
Coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
Review design and code changes and produce technical and functional documentation.
Implement and monitor security measures and performance to ensure quality.
Develop, modify, and optimise applications to meet customer needs.
