Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management.
• Experience with macOS device management and Apple Business Manager.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access and endpoint security baselines.
• Experience packaging and deploying Win32 apps and automated packaging platforms.
• Ability to diagnose complex endpoint issues and lead escalations to resolution.
• Experience leading client discussions, service reviews and improvement planning.
• Strong PowerShell, automation and operational reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical ownership for the Managed Device service and maintaining standards across client estates.
• Acting as senior escalation point for Windows, macOS, Intune, enrolment, compliance, and endpoint issues.
• Leading technical client discussions and translating priorities into improvement plans.
• Maintaining enrolment, configuration, compliance, encryption and OS lifecycle management for Windows and Mac.
• Governing application onboarding, packaging, testing and deployment across platforms.
• Overseeing endpoint baselines, policy compliance and remediation of configuration risks.
• Identifying opportunities for service evolution with new platform capabilities and lifecycle changes.
• Reducing repetitive work through PowerShell automation and proactive remediation.
