Nightwing is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to establish architectural direction and engineering solutions for the unified AMS/FIPE platform. This role demands deep expertise in enterprise-grade system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native technologies, guiding the team to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet mission requirements.

The incumbent will align with Government enterprise standards, define engineering standards, and oversee DevSecOps pipelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 14+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar.
• Strong cloud-native and multi-cloud knowledge.
• Experience with workflow orchestration engines and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with UML 2.x and architecture documentation standards.
• 5+ years in offensive cyber operations or related mission areas.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain system architecture for unified AMS/FIPE solution.
• Establish technical direction and engineering best practices.
• Lead development of system design documentation and architectural artifacts.
• Guide implementation of microservices architecture and containerization strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Government enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide technical oversight for DevSecOps pipeline implementation.
• Review and approve technical design decisions.
• Mentor development team on advanced technical concepts.
• Participate in technical exchange meetings and code reviews.
• Support integration with Government platform services (Kubernetes, service mesh, etc.).
