Nightwing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead design, development, testing, and deployment of mission-critical software systems. The role applies SAFe Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure applications and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, implement DevSecOps automation, and ensure software meets security requirements. Clearance TS/SCI with CI polygraph is required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• U.S. citizen and located in NCR or San Antonio area.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of complex software features.
• Architect technical solutions aligning with system design.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Perform thorough code reviews for quality and security.
