Job summary

Brolink (Pty) Ltd is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own Websure Plus architecture in Centurion. You will define the target architecture, guide API and data strategy, and align with the AI-enabled operating model while balancing security, performance, and cost.

The role requires close collaboration with developers, testers, BAs, product owners, Scrum Masters, and external partners to deliver a scalable, compliant platform for short-term insurance workloads.

Qualifications

• At least six years of professional software-development experience.
• Experience as Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Software Architect, or equivalent role.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET and relational databases.
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions clearly to executives and technical teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive understanding of the Websure Plus solution, its domains, apps, services, data, and infrastructure.
• Document current architecture, dependencies, constraints, risks and technical debt.
• Define target architecture and transition roadmap for Websure Plus.
• Guide the modernisation while minimizing operational and customer risk.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, BA, POs, Scrum Masters, operations, insurers, and partners.
