Job summary

Brolink is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate the Websure Plus delivery from its Centurion office. You will design, build, test and support production-grade features, tackle complex integrations and migrations, and help introduce AI-enabled capabilities into the software delivery process.

You will work across front-end, service, database, and integration layers, owning complex features from design to production support while ensuring secure, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Relevant degree with subjects related to Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering and/ or IT or equivalent demonstrable professional experience.
• At least six years of professional software-development experience.
• Strong firsthand experience with C#, .NET, and relational databases.
• Experience delivering software through automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience building and supporting APIs and integration services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support production-quality Websure Plus functionality.
• Translate business and insurance requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Work across front-end, service, database and integration layers where required.
• Take ownership of complex features from technical design through to production support.
• Deliver maintainable solutions that support reuse and controlled product configuration.
• Identify delivery risks early and propose workable solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex application, data, integration, and performance problems.
• Assist with high-priority technical incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Coach developers through pairing, code reviews, design discussions, and practical problem-solving.
• Help establish reusable AI-enabled delivery or Websure Plus use cases.
